The home is located off of Highway KK near popular attractions like Redhead Lakeside Grill and Jimmy Buffet's at Tan-Tar-A resort. Grocery stores, outlet shopping, and other attractions are all within a short drive.
What's a lake house without a Dock??? You'll really enjoy the calm water cove for swimming and relaxing in the lake and on the sundeck. Bring those water toys! And if you have a boat or want to rent one from the nearby Surdyke Boat Rental operation, you'll be able to tie off up to two boats to the sides of the dock.
Inside, you'll find a spacious kitchen to gather for meals. There are open living areas on both the main and lower levels where you can kick back and relax while enjoying the view of the Lake through the large windows. The main level also offers a half bath.
In the lower level, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths plus an open living area. The Master includes a king bed and the other two bedrooms have comfortable queen sized beds. Each room has a ceiling fan and cable tv. The lower level living room includes a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate two more. Altogether, the house sleeps 8.
Feel free to park in the two car garage and outside, the large driveway offers space for up to 4 additional vehicles.
Our minimum age for rental is 25. The home is smoke free and we cannot accept pets. Our check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am.
