The main home offers 3 bedrooms & 2 baths and the guest house offers an additional 1 bedroom and a half bath. Altogether, we can accommodate 12 guests between the 4 Bedrooms and 2.5 Baths.
You'll enjoy the beautiful lake views the minute you park in the driveway. This 4 bedroom 2.5 bath property sits in a great cove and includes several desirable amenities for any vacationing guest: large private concrete dock with a swing, and multi-level decks. The gently sloping lot has minimal steps from parking to the home and from the home to the lake. Great friendly neighborhood.
The Lake House at Pin Oak is a great family lake package. Just down a few steps from the parking area is the front door entry. It leads you around the open floor plan and spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar for 4, bistro seating for 2 and a coffee bar. Just off the kitchen is the huge sunken living room with a beautiful vaulted wood ceiling and amazing lakefront views. There is cozy furniture for everyone, a sofa, loveseat, chair that all recline and a padded bench - enough seating for 9-10 guests. A perfect place for visiting, watching the flat screen TV inside of the entertainment center or just relaxing while taking in the gorgeous lake view!
Flanked off of the kitchen area are two bedrooms and the guest bath with a walk-in shower. The master bedroom with a king size bed is on the main living area of the home and faces lakeside with a lake view, relaxing décor and a beautiful wood vaulted ceiling. You'll love the private lakeside deck off the master bedroom for your morning coffee or evening star gazing. The master suite bath also has a vaulted ceiling, single vanity, and a tub / shower combo unit. The second bedroom is set up with a queen size bed.
Just off the kitchen is a full size washer and dryer.
Downstairs right next to the water, accessed from the outside off the paved lakefront patio is a 3rd small bedroom with a TV and a lake view. It has a low 6 foot ceiling and is 6 1/2 feet wide by 18 feet long. With a full size bed, a full size futon and a kid size trundle bed.
Just outside and across the parking area are stairs that lead up to the Guest House with one large bedroom, TV and a 1/2 bath. This can also be accessed from the additional graveled parking area to avoid the stairs. You will enjoy spectacular lake views here and this is a perfect location for all the kids with a full over twin bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed both with twin trundles underneath.
PLEASE NOTE THE TWO TOP BUNK BEDS ARE FOR KIDS ONLY. The top bunks and stairs/ladder will not support adults.

There is additional deck seating with a bar top, chairs and a natural gas grill that is ideal for taking in the lake views as well. Dusk to dawn outdoor lighting provides a nice ambiance. The ultimate concrete party dock will easily justify your rental of this property! It is over 2,000 square feet. It has two large sun decks for your enjoyment, covered and uncovered areas and a ladder that makes exiting the water a breeze! A swing with a beautiful view of the main channel. 8 chaise lounge chairs to soak up the sun. The dock has additional patio seating for more than 11 guests which includes a high top table with 7 high top swivel chairs, a ceiling fan and another table for 4. The water is deep with planted Crappie beds under & around the dock. A double fish cleaning station is right on the dock and there is plenty of room to fish while the kids swim on the opposite side. The dock is very well lighted at night if you choose and it has an additional outdoor fan. The water at the fish cleaning station and the hose is provided from the house.

Parking is limited to 2 vehicles directly in front of the house. The driveway may not be blocked as it also serves the neighboring homes. Additional parking for up to 2 additional vehicles and a boat trailer is available directly behind the guest house in the private lot belonging to 135 Pin Oak.
The 1551 square foot vacation rental features central heating/air, a window AC unit in guesthouse, 4 flat screen TV’s, ROKU access, Wi-Fi , DVD player, all bedding, towels and iron. The kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Other desirable features include weekly trash pick-up, open parking, laundry closet.
This special property offers guest spectacular panoramic views of the lake, excellent fishing, and an amazing view of the Ozark’s evening sunset. This "quiet side" retreat is 25-30 minutes away from all the action on the other side of the Lake - Bagnall Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach - via the community bridge.
Properties are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only.
