The Location of Bay Point Village is great, within a mile of the Tan-Tar-A Resort with amenities for your use such as the Indoor Water Park, Horseback Riding, and Fireworks Displays. Numerous Golf Courses are within a few miles and the popular Outlet Mall is just a few minutes down the new Expressway!

This Updated Condominium is set-up to ensure you enjoy your Lake Getaway! The condo is very clean, spacious and accommodating. Our guests really enjoy the screened-in deck with comfortable seating for 6 overlooking the Lake's main channel. The Master Suite offers a Soaring View of the Lake through the floor-to-ceiling wall of windows and a comfortable Queen Sized Bed. The Second Bedroom offers two Twin Beds and a Queen Air Mattress is provided for your use in the living area to accommodate two more. Bay Point Village is known for it's park-like setting and the complex amenities. The complex offers 2 Pools (one of which is just behind the condo), a Tennis Court (also near the condo), and a Playground area for the kids. Boat Slips are also available and you're welcome to fish from the docks. We look forward to having you as our guests!
