The Location of Bay Point Village is great, within a mile of the Margaritaville Resort with amenities open to the public such as the Indoor Water Park, Horseback Riding, and Fireworks Displays. Numerous Golf Courses are within a few miles and the popular Outlet Mall is just a few minutes down the new Expressway!
This Condominium is set-up to ensure you enjoy your Lake Getaway! The condo is very clean, spacious and accommodating. Our guests really enjoy the top-floor deck with bar-height seating for 6 overlooking the Lake's main channel. The Master Suite offers a Soaring View of the Lake through the floor-to-ceiling wall of windows and a comfortable King Sized Bed. The Second Bedroom offers a Queen Bed and the Loft, which serves as the Third Bedroom provides 2 Double Beds.
The Condo is a good fit for all-adult groups of up to 6 and for families of as many as 8 with a mix of adults and children.
Bay Point Village is known for it's park-like setting and the complex amenities. The complex offers 2 Pools, a Tennis Court, and a Playground area for the kids. Boat and Personal Watercraft Slips are also available and you're welcome to fish from the docks. We look forward to having you as our guests!
