Ingredients
3 c. strawberries
4 c. vodka
1 1/2 c. marshmallow crème
1 c. blue pop rocks
Directions
1. Place strawberries in a large bowl and pour over vodka until the berries are fully submerged.
2. Place in refrigerator and let soak for at least 1 hour. Drain strawberries, reserving vodka for future use.
3. Pat berries dry with a paper towel. Microwave marshmallow crème for 10 seconds. Dip berries first in fluff, then into Pop Rocks. Serve.
PLEASE NOTE: You could make this recipe kid-friendly by leaving out the vodka.

July 4th S'mores Dip
YIELDS: 10
Ingredients
4 sheets hershey's chocolate
19 marshmallows
1 c. water
1 c. red, white, and blue sanding sugar
Graham crackers, for serving
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450°.
2. In a square glass pan, place a layer of Hershey’s to cover the bottom of the pan.
3. Dip 5 marshmallows in water and roll them in blue sanding sugar. Place on parchment paper to dry.
4. Repeat this process to make 6 red marshmallows and 8 white marshmallows.
5. Using kitchen shears, cut each marshmallow in half.
6. Place marshmallows cut side down on the chocolate to form a flag.
7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes and serve with graham crackers.

Freedom Bark
YIELDS: 8
Ingredients
1 c. white candy melts, melted
1 c. blue candy melts, melted
1 c. red candy melts, melted
1/3 c. red, white and blue sprinkles
2 tbsp. edible gold stars (available at craft stores)
2 tbsp. blue edible glitter (available at craft stores)
Directions
1. On a baking sheet, add spoonfuls of melted white, blue and red candy melts, adding twice as many white spoonfuls than red and blue.
2. Using an offset spatula or knife, swirl colors together, creating a tie-dye effect.
3. Top with sprinkles and edible gold stars and glitter.
4. Freeze 20 minutes.
5. Break into pieces and serve.
