If you have read very many of our blogs, you know that our whole business got started based on our love for the Lake of the Ozarks. Our family visited here regularly and wanted to have a lake home of our own. But we wanted a way to help make it pay for itself. We decided to buy a lake home to use as a vacation rental so that we could create an income stream, but still make sure that we had it available to our family whenever we wanted to use it.
